Printing and framing usually takes 7 working days, orders will then be dispatched directly. Once your order is submitted, you will receive prompt communication from our customer support team providing updates on fulfilment and delivery.
THE MUSE Art Lab is not responsible for shipments/delivery that are delayed or returned as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages.

Customer satisfaction is crucial at THE MUSE Art Lab. If you’re not satisfied with the product, or if the product arrived with any defect whatsoever, send us a few snapshots and we’ll send you a replacement. Please contact customer service team for more information within 10 days of receiving your product.
